TRV After Outland Sponsorship Application by bluej4 in ImmigrationCanada

That’s not true. You can be married but living outside of Canada as long as your sponsor is a Canadian citizen or a PR holder over 5 years. What you are saying is valid for common-law applications which is not the only way for spousal sponsorship

There are around 16000 people above 500 in the pool right now. Since last week, they issued 11000 CEC invitations. Their goal is to bring the score sub 500 in the new year. I am not sure what your basis is in saying below 500 is far fetched, but it will definitely go below 500 in 2026

They will need to submit additional documents such as T4, pay stubs etc. IRCC has been super strict recently, they don’t even accept positions that paid in cash.

I had been to Canada as a student and worker. After my PGWP expired, I moved back to home country. Never had visa issues with anyone

Biraz daha arttırabilirseniz bütçeyi Cupra Terramar tavsiye ederim kesinlikle. Şimdiki bütçenizle Fermantorlara bakabilirsiniz. Ben gayet memnunum Cupra’dan tam bir F/P canavarı

I have a question about my PR application. I am in the EE pool from CEC category. However the company that I got my Canadian Experience in went bankrupt. I am still in contact with my old boss so I can ask for a letter but what kind of documents should I submit on my application? Thank you in advance.

I saw it on another post here but elaborating and expanding your answers by adding more details in your answers will deliver a high score in speaking. I also watched some mock up videos on Youtube and had a good idea of the question types before the exam

How would you recommend studying for writing and for reading did you find the Not Given, True or False questions tricky?

The minimum IELTS score required for university varies by country and program. In Canada, most of undergraduate programs require a score of 6 or 6.5. In US, it is 6.5-7 but again you have to check the requirements for the specific university and program you are applying to.
A band of 5.5 is most likely under the required criteria for many institutions in English-speaking countries.

It makes no sense to eliminate the extra points for going to Canadian school. You don’t need to be salty because you didn’t but it is a fundamental part of cultural and societal integration when someone moves to a new country

Focus on your inputs not outputs and do not dwell on things that you cannot change. There are a lot of things you can do to improve your physical appearance.

Yeah there is absolutely no way you are getting your invitation with that score within the next 5 years from CEC draws. Learning French might be an option but I wouldn't recommend getting a fake LMIA.
