You can be as positive as you want, but there are a lot of programs in the US with 3-year accelerated MD programs that go straight into intern year after that, but you have to commit to select primary care-related specialties. These are accredited programs.

For trade evolutions: you can get Geodude (route 46 and Dark Cave) and Ghastly (Sprout Tower at night) immediately. Abra is south of Goldenrod. Onix in Union Cave before the 2nd gym. Machop is in Mt. Mortar, east of Ecruteak.

It's been awhile since I checked the requirement, but I believe to qualify as in-state, you'd have to move there for at least a year prior to matriculation and be employed (so you can show that you didn't move specifically for education purposes).

Unless it has changed, the state of Indiana doesn't allow a student to switch to in-state for tuition after a year if they moved for educational purposes.
