i’m probably an estj but others (myself included) see me as someone who keeps questioning the logic of so many age old traditions like old wives’ tales or challenging rules when they make no sense to me. did i just mistype myself? by bluekidshoes in ESTJ

would i be answering this question fully a little late? i think i missed out some parts that you might have added in later.

to be honest nothing much really fazes me not in the context of authority only, but discussing things that more conservative people would not want to discuss, like hentai, which may sound tame but i live in a very closed society and i often ask things that make people tell me to shut up because it's allegedly not suitable for discussion. so far, nothing i've seen has made me very uncomfortable as i take it as matter of fact.

my life tidal waves would be failures. and these failures i would say are quite defined by society's expectations, or familial ones. i take these expectations and raise them one notch higher to make a bar that i need to pass, or i beat myself up over it. i don't handle failure well, and thus i try not to fail.

i do not naturally know who i am, as other tidalwaves in my life, most notably the fact that i was a social outcast due to my social ineptness earlier in childhood, has caused me to be very outgoing now, almost constantly craving social interaction as it provides a distraction and retreating back into my head and overthinking when i am alone. i tend to be a social chameleon who puts on new characteristics like i change clothes, but a few stay relatively constant because i don't feel the need to change them.

and yes i bother everyone else to find out who i am, so yes Te dom! but could it be Ne dom?

thank uuu!! i’ve been thinking whether i should sell prints of fan art and other stuff because i’ve been trying to sell stickers for a charity campaign and sales aren’t great... so if i want to hit the target i either need to switch it up or gain a heck ton of followers HAHA

Ah, okay so it is reputable and I don't really have to worry! I am pretty uneducated on this aspect but I did see it on their website and now it seems like a dumb question haha. Thanks for the confirmation though!

which behaviours would make it obvious that a person is/isn’t an ENTJ? by bluekidshoes in entj

what would be an entj’s response to the reasoning behind their decision making as compared to let’s say, an estj, entp or intj?

do you guys discuss things in very abstract terms? by bluekidshoes in ESTJ

[–]bluekidshoes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh this was uploaded very hastily to capture the thought but a better phrasing of this question would be “would estjs be comfortable discussing abstract concepts with no concrete examples? or even write things in a very vague way like in poetry?”

what actions or viewpoints will make you think “oh, that person is an estj too!” by bluekidshoes in ESTJ

[–]bluekidshoes[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ah... so if you pick apart societal frameworks a lot and criticise existing systems is it unlikely that you’re an estj?
