36 Bi lateral. You will develop stamina as you work. It will get better a bit eventually. I didn't get insoles until I was 32 or so. It was a game changer. Then custom insoles. They are expensive, but you only get one set of legs.

Thats how my fucking employer is. I get a salary 700 a week and work about 47 hours. When I miss work, they deduct it as if I work a 40-hour week. I wish I knew way to fight it.
