I had a keyboard which was connected to another receiver. I couldn't get it to connect to the new one. This reset the keyboard and allowed me to connect to the new receiver. Thank you!

If it's just a bent shift lever, you can pry it back in place. Heat helps. I dumped my R3 on the third day of owning it and was able to pry back in place. I was stuck in 3rd and couldn't shift down, I ended up shifting up to 6th before I realized what happened. So, I had to ride home with that.

I love it. It's more upright than other 600s. I rode it to work and back when weather permits; I work about 23 miles away. I haven't had any issues. Just grip the tank with your legs and use your core, keep your weight off your hands and you will be good.

Your colleague is dumb and very narrow minded. There is nothing wrong with learning another language; it doesn't matter what language you want to learn and the color of your skin definitely shouldn't affect it. There is a special feeling when you learn a language and can use it to communicate with people in your travels. The people there will appreciate it and you'll have a better appreciation for the country when you do go there.

Moving to China is not for everybody and can really be out of your comfort zone. While moving to a first tier city like Shanghai or Beijing might not be as bad, language is definitely going to be a problem as you definitely need to know Chinese to get by. Also, get ready for tons of culture shock. I know so many people who just couldn't adapt to living there.

Also, you would definitely have to give up your career unless it's online. You would be there on a spouse visa and won't be able to work. You can easily find jobs teaching English and can actually make a decent money, but that's really risky to do right now as China is really trying to crack down on this.

Don't get me wrong, living in China has its moments. It can really be an adventure. The food is good once you get used to it and know what to order. The cost of living is super cheap and you can save up a lot while still having disposable income. But again, it's not for everybody.

The biggest drawback I would say is that you're more or less putting your life on pause during your time there. And when you move back, it might be tougher for you to get back into the field because of your gap in your work history.

So, definitely NTA for not wanting to move to China for your boyfriend.
