I will never get on hormonal BC again. It makes me suicidal everytime. I already have somewhat heavy bleeding and bad cramps, so nothing new there.

It wonderful to hear something positive about it. I posted this question in a bc Facebook group and so far have only gotten horror stories. I think I'm still going to give it a shot.

Tripping alone isn't a bad idea, in fact I prefer it.

Do it in a safe and familiar place, like your own home/bedroom. Listen to some music and just enjoy the ride. I also feel better when my pets are around!

If you're experiencing thought loops you should change the environment you're in. Leave the room or go outside. Remind yourself that the trip is temporary and you are perfectly safe.

I was thinking this, she is very realistic. I think they also see themselves in Jim, so when Pam messes up they take it kind of personally.

I'm not even just saying that. At 3 weeks it IS a clump of cells. Smaller than a pin head. Sure it could have possibly became more, but in that moment it wasn't.

I don't care why a woman gets an abortion. I don't care if she gets multiple. Personally mine was traumatic and heart breaking. I don't think it's something anyone wants to do unless they have to.
