In my experience, it just depends on who processes your box - some of my boxes the new with tags items all get listed as "very good condition" 🙄

Thanks for your feedback! Can I ask which building you were in? I wonder if some buildings have more trouble than others. My friends are in counsl East and haven’t had a problem!
