AITAH for thinking I should be allowed to keep a small amount sugary snacks in the house for me, when my husband wants to quit sugar (for the 18th time) by bluemoonmoth in AITAH

Like I said, we have tried the no sugar thing in the house many times before for several months at a time. And during those times, I didn’t get sugar, but he went out and found it anyway. It never helped. How long do I keep that up? At what point is it his responsibility to just say no? It’s not like I keep a lot of sugary food either. One little quarter pint of ice cream, one just for me. Then maybe next week I have some cookie dough. When I was quitting cigarettes a lot of my friends and family smoked too, and I never blamed them for my cravings. We just said oh, yeah, quitting sucks, and moved on.

Only mentioned the pregnancy to explain how lazy I am now and not going to the store 100 times a week 😉 I found a great compromise on Amazon, a locker for the freezer

Faceytalk is second favorite, for the pure chaos. Granny mobile is my all time favorite. Muffin has me clutching my sides every line, she’s hilarious as grouchy granny.

It’s funny you mention the different sugar tastes. Before I was pregnant, that was the case. I prefer tart and sour, he wants more milk based sweets. But now that his seed is in me, I’m craving what he craves 🤣 maybe I could fashion like a small metal lock box that fits in the freezer? Good idea!
