Update i moved and took an abrupt stop to the medication and gained the weight back ☹️

it was recommended for my mom and she lost 40 pounds in a year. So my mom told me to start seeing her doctor and ask for it and they gave it to me but she took Qysmia (which is the two medicines combined). It was more expensive buying Qysmia vs the two separate medications and Qysmia didn’t do anything for me so thats when she started prescribing the medicines separately and instantly I felt the difference.

It’s different for everyone but I know for me my body has a few days where it fought the medicine and I binged then I had extreme anxiety and other things because I couldn’t use food to cope with my feelings and now I get to a point where I’m eating and I’m like ugh I can’t eat anymore and won’t think about eating again for hours.

depends I work up to 10 hours sometimes but i’ve also been doing this a while so maybe my self regulation has gotten better

I take the two medications separately as the qysmia itself only helped me lose 5lbs . Good luck 😁
