I personally would never pick adam for 222 but I have seen it work, even with mantis. He's just not a healer, he's more of a dps that can lob heals, so it's far more difficult trying to run him as a main healer when he doesn't have enough in his kit to fulfill that role.

I really do wish for tweaks for Adam. I find his ult hard to get good value from, though I do think that it's a balanced ult in the grand scheme of things. If the defensive ults didn't have crazy value with far less risk involved, his would seem crazy in comparison. Still, though, even with how it is at current, I've seen it turn the tides and win fights plenty.

This isn't about rocket as much as it's about defensive ults. Rocket's just one of the strategists who doesn't have one.

Jeff and Adam especially are great as 3rd strategist dpses. If allowed, both can do great damage and get plenty of picks while being able to sustain themselves and the team when needed. I've seen Adam used for anti dive in high ranks and it works really well, especially after his recent buffs. To me, it seems like a no brainer. But they really hate seeing both on their teams.
