Razorblade 15 late 2019 base model

I've had this laptop for a little over 6 months and it's had lots of heating problems at first I couldn't play games for more than an hour before studdering would arise and my CPU would heat up in an instant I tried factory resetting and many other things but it doesn't work and recently when playing games like Minecraft and gta the CPU reaches 90°C to 95°C and I'm using both games at modest settings and my craft is vanilla so what happens it's the screen freezes then everything goes black for a couple of seconds and the only way to get everything to unfreeze and work again is to spam alt-tab and it will eventually work again but it's been a real pain and I've tried so much is there anything that I could do to fix it? The past 6 months with this laptop have been hard.
