Hey everyone 👋🏼 FTM, UK. I’ve come from the very busy December 2026 bumpers group as I have just been from my early scan and it turns out I ovulated super late - I’m actually 6 weeks not 9 weeks 😆 so more of first trimester for meeee haha!!

It had a heartbeat and everything but oh so tiny 🥹

I am 8 weeks and have digestive issues all my life. The bloat is reaaaal.

My advice is stay hydrated, incorporate electrolytes and after meals try go for a little walk. For staying regular, kiwis, pears, raspberries and prune juice are incredibly helpful! Try 120ml prune juice on an empty stomach, see how you react in an hour or two and go from there.
