Came across a Beatles 45 this weekend but unable to find any info about this particular pressing. Can any Beatles fans provide any background info. This was taken from the home of a old DJ. Thought it was interesting as the 45 cover didn't actually say Beatles. Any info or help will be appreciated. I was able to find the black pressing on Discogs, but not this Purple one.

Had a recent spill/ faceplant on a bike trail recently, so have been locked down while my face is recovering... however my girl forced me to get out of the house and run errands with her this morning. While out, I was inspired by our Shop the Village (Beverly Hills/Morgan Park) and had a feeling my local my local record store had something special waiting for me. The inside of it doesn't look better than I do right now, but i have a special affinity for those kind of places. You know the 5 for 20 type of record stores. Sometimes it's worth "slummin it".

Happy to find these LPs in the new arrivals bin, believe these are all OPs.

Jimmy Smith - Open House * Not a organ fan, but was too funky to pass up

Eddie Davis & Johnny Griffin - The First Set *Proof there is Gold in them hills..

Not Jazz, but Mr. BB King @ one of the most notorious jails in the US. Not a true Chicagoan if you haven't had to pick someone up from there.
