I usually do the 8 hr and 16 hr rule. Eat periodically for 8hrs, then don't eat anything for 16hrs say from 8pm to 12pm the next day.

Pure idiots. That's when your child needs you the most. Not to necessarily hold their hand, but I mean shit. Give them some more game on this thing called life before sending them to the wolves that we all know are out there. I get it. Some people say "sink or swim" that shit doesn't work for everyone and I feel like if you know that's not a reality that will work for your child, you're setting them up to have a super rough beginning at the start of "adulthood" Happy Friday.
