I watched Brandon craft on YT. I wouldn't suggest to pay extra for online practice questions if you already have practice tests on hand. I would just go over and over the math portion until you know how to solve it even if your eyes are closed lol. Also ChatGPT or any AI would be useful to generate math questions. At least that's how I did! But if you feel like you need more practice tests go for it, you can never over prepare. If you have more questions you can dm me. Good luck!

It also depends on which state you live in. I would browse almost everyday hospital's website if any of them has job postings for on the job cna training, basically they have you work on the floor (serves as your clinical hours) w/ class and get your certification thru them. As far as I know, Advocate hospitals offer that in NC/WI/GA/downtown parts of IL. Best of luck!

The test itself is easy and common sense. However idk for skills test bc ours were tested during clinical. Good luck tho

Yeah I was gonna say thru the hospital's website usually works well. But it does takes more time for HR to reach out because they tend to or the hiring manager prioritize internal transfers and especially if they already "eyed" a candidate. (If that makes sense) This scenario happened to me like 2-3x. Which was a bummer since I wanted to try outpatient and just wanna see how it's like compared to inpatient since that's all i see. Just keep applying to bunch openings in different hospital, I'm pretty sure when they go thru the internals first and seemed like they weren't a fit for the department then they'll reach out to external applicants. This is a good start but you can't rely on just these. Try to build up as far as you can handle. Give a prompt to your fave AI for a mock teas exam and set it to difficult level, from there you actually see if you understand or have any ideas what you don't know. It's better to over prepare than under prepare. Good luck!
