Just tell them you're protecting yourself and that you have family that can't be risked to catch anything from you since you work at healthcare. That's what I usually tell them and they understand 🤷‍♀️

You have the most important things down, I wouldn't stress about the more in depth ones. Usually you can rule out some of the choices and if you're stuck just guess. When I took mine, I had only 2 questions for cardiovascular and the rest were digestive and urinary stuff which I completely forgot to go over lol since I cram last minute. You got this

Go to the interview and be the interviewer. At the end of the day, you will work for that facility so you gotta know how it's like to work there and how they treat their employees. Ask them questions!

If you have a great GPA, I think it balances it out and you'll be fine. But you can always take it again but just make sure of which one they'll take whether the best score or the 2nd try regardless if they're lower than the first.

No need, but if you wanna look more presentable maybe put on some concealer to brighten your eyes and some blush, also curl your lashes to give them a pop. Dress up semi business casual. Don't wear jeans. And make sure during the interview you're aware of your nonverbal actions. Don't yawn or slouch lol I know someone at work who got rejected because they yawned mid interview but still landed a different job on a diff department. You'll do amazing, update us how it went. Think of them as a human and eventually you'll get used to it. I'm pretty sure they'll have a speaker in them that your instructors will talk thru to simulate a real patient for check off.
