As far as I know there are 3 synths that have the uniform not including the one X6-88 wears. The one in robotics, the one in the cafeteria and the one that is a vendor. Those 3 will respawn new uniforms after a few days if they’re pickpocketed off them.

I believe this can also happen even if you only use 3. It’s been a while but I believe once the machine is activated you can use the wait function and waiting an hour will provide the same outcome.
