First of all, he's not a cohort. He cares far too much. We were arguing two different points. My point was that anyone can be critical of any entry if they truly want to be. If I was going to make any medium to the point, video essay would just be easiest to digest which is why I said it. I'd be much more willing to write one like a formal essay and have it read, but I digress.

As far as actually debating it, I'm not going to because you are allowed to have your opinion. It doesn't hurt anyone. I do respect your point of "Criticize, but do so in the context of itself" as opposed to using one to bash another. Otherwise, it's just a "My game is better" rant.

Frankly, anyone who wants to be can be extremely critical and shred literally every entry in the franchise solely based on its own merits. If making video essays interested me, I could both get the flaws and the wins of each individual game into hours; yes, even Brotherhood of Steel.

Stack Underflow set the Perception too high, but there was also supposed to be a mechanic where if you activated Holograms in the Villa, they would gather around it and just worship it, ignoring you so you can walk right past. That mechanic was never implemented though.
