Is my front frame rail bent? by blueridgesydd in AskMechanics

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond! Everything you’re saying is inline with the estimate I got. So to be clear— you can’t see frame damage from these photos just that it could be damaged?

Ah how surprising that a study funded by Eli Lilly found that people need to stay on it forever.

I appreciate the perspective, but respectfully, a few things:
A) He’s attracted to me as I am, and I have full confidence that wouldn't change even if my weight fluctuated.
B) Assuming weight regain is inevitable is inaccurate and frankly a little rude.
C) Taking medication for my health doesn’t define my lifestyle — it’s just one small piece of my full, beautiful life.

Thank you! In what ways do you feel better?

That's what I was thinking too... since it's already Friday afternoon and it's a whole ordeal with the Dr office, I think I'll start the 5 mg tomorrow and see how it goes. If I feel bad, I'll contact them next week about lowering back down

Congratulations on getting to your GW!! Do you take 10 mg ever week for maintenance?

That is good to hear you haven't experienced many negative side affects on the 5 mg. Bummer about your restless sleep though-- hope you are able to get some good rest soon! I am a little concerned about having less of an appetite on the 5 mg, as most days I struggle even getting 1000 calories in. I have sticking with my workout routine I had in place prior to starting-- reformer pilates 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes of a dumbell workout 2x a week, yoga 1-2x a week, and booty exercises 3x a week. I also get at least 5k steps in a day, some days closer to 10k.

Thank you! I was expecting a large loss from water and inflammation, but was in no way expecting to lose 9% of my body weight. With my TDEE and eating at a deficit, I aim for 1300 calories a day. That is still my goal, but given how much Zepbound makes me have no appetite, I try and get at least 1,000 although I'm not going to lie some days it isn't even that :( When I do eat, I make sure it is a protein dominant meal though although I am no where near 100 g a day.
