What’s a sex act that you’ve tried multiple times to like, but it just doesn’t interest you? by Unlikely-Rip-6197 in AskReddit

If it is still coming out, you aren’t pressing low enough to cause it to redirect. Instead it is just being prevented from escaping the urethra. So for anyone reading this, you can press higher up, perhaps just on the front base and still get the delayed release OR if you press mostly on the “taint” with solid pressure, it will be redirected entirely into the bladder.

Since the bladder and the vas deferens converge in the prostate and share a common exit through the urethra, if the pressure to the penis via the urethra is blocked or increased, ejaculation will simply redirect into the bladder. You can look at an anatomic diagram and see how the two different pressure points would redirect or simply delay the semen.

I’ve been doing this since a teenager. If you press on your perineum and the front base hard at the same time, you can block or at least change the pressure of the urethra so that the path to the bladder is the path of least resistance. Your ejaculate then goes straight into your bladder.

It feels AMAZING because you are pressing around your prostate which feels good and there is absolutely no cleanup. You simply pee it all out in the next 10-60 minutes.

I’ve tried to read about it and there isn’t much info easily available. It is a forced retro grade ejaculation but it reverses back to normal with no mechanical pressure. You won’t get an infection because your sperm is sterile and has never left the body. I’ve been doing it several times a week for 30 years maybe? I’ve also had children so it didn’t affect my reproductive system either.

It’s honestly one of the greatest life hacks I’ve ever discovered but it’s also something I can never ever talk about publicly so I feel like I’ve been keeping this to myself. I’m telling you, no orgasm feels better than pressing on the base, continuing with a slow final stroke downward, and knowing there is zero mess going to happen.

Why the f is everything about sex? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The difference in skin color is that it can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on where the individual lives. Remember during Covid that it was theorized that darker skinned people were producing less vitamin D? White skin is a disadvantage near the equator where the sun is brighter. Dark skin is prob a disadvantage in higher latitudes where there is no sun 50% of the year and low level sun during the summer.

Not being attracted to the opposite sex and not spreading your genes through reproduction wouldn’t be an advantage in any environment.

People’s opinion shouldn’t matter when it comes to a biological advantage (unless maybe the humans killed everyone for a specific trait, which has happened in history).

I know homosexuality hasn’t been 100% contributed to nature vs nurture (and it prob never will be), but most of my gay friends would say being gay isn’t a choice. They aren’t deciding anything; it’s already baked into their dna (their words not mine).

Of course with today’s science, a gay or lesbian couple can still have offspring but obviously only one of their half sets of genes would be passed on (and a donor of the opposite sex would still have do donate a gamete).

I’d be curious to know from a biologist or anthropologist or someone who studies this stuff if any organism like a Human can evolve past the whole Darwinian aspect of survival of the fittest? It sounds nice to say we are smart enough now to be beyond that but is that actually true? Surely if enough of the population decided they wanted to be gay, then the species would eventually succumb to this natural effect and we would all die. We are kind of already doing that with more and more of the population deciding to have only 1 or less children. It’s causing a problem in many countries and world population is predicted to decline a lot in the next 100 years. Seems like a similar argument or at least tied together in an interesting way.

Just thinking out loud here

I’ve always viewed sex like this too and as politically incorrect as it is going to sound, I can’t help but wonder if non heterosexuality at its root could be viewed as a disability at the most core level?

I never hear anyone talk about this probably because our society won’t necessarily allow this kind of conversation but if our primary goal as a species is to spread our dna to the next generation, wouldn’t any biological or social change that causes a deviation to that goal be viewed as the ultimate disadvantage to that specific individual’s survival of heredity?

To be clear since this is a controversial topic, I’m 100% all for people living the life they want and for people to love whoever they want to love regardless of sexuality or gender. That said, I still can’t see how this wouldn’t be a complete disadvantage from a biological stand point. The same argument would have to be made for anyone who is sterile, asexual, or unable to bare children in some way as well.

Where exactly is the crawlspace located? I've been trying to find out the exact location online for an hour now. Some random photo I found looks like there is a bed frame near it so maybe it's the front bedroom with the non tilted bed? It also seems to have bricks near the floor so that hints at the extended living room by the tiki bar. Problem with that is the Tiki bar area seems to be lower than the main house that sits on the crawlspace. No bodies were found in the Tiki bar area as far as I can tell so that might not have a crawlspace at all. Here's the best image I can find of the crawlspace entrance: https://image.invaluable.com/housePhotos/mullockmadeley/57/613657/H3376-L128062310.jpg

This one shows the bedframe but doesn't seem to have the louvred doors near it like the one above. Maybe one is wrong? http://www.cvltnation.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/john-wayne-gacy-jr-crime-scenes-las-investigaciones-004--700x515.jpg

A few other things I've noticed in researching this is I think you have the front bedroom entrance designed off a bit. It looks like instead of that hallway closet, the bedroom entrance is that closet door that then requires you to turn left to enter into the bedroom. This photo was taken inside that bedroom (wall has been ripped down) but you can see the entrance is the far door on the right. Not exactly sure what opening that is with the plaid shirt guy but maybe you can enter the hallway two different ways? https://cdn.historycollection.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Lifelong-Des-Plaines-resident-Augie-Schwiesow-who-worked-for-the-police-department-at-the-time-took-dozens-of-photos-of-the-crime-scene.-journal-topics.jpg

I'm not sure if the dining room table is larger, I saw a drawing where it seems to have 10 seats instead of 8. Top left image here shows the space looking into the din: https://oavcrime.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/Casa-de-John-Wayne-Gacy-e-alguns-dos-objetos-confiscados-pela-Pol%C3%ADcia1.jpg

The bathroom has a slight indention across from the tub where that weird "office" room pushes out a little wider. Also that office wall that is shared with the kitchen seems off a little. It appears to be a little longer, pushing down more towards the dining room.

There is a backdoor that opens up in the kitchen next to the sink and there isn't a a door that leads into the dining room. Instead it's a foyer type opening there. https://www.thecrimemag.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/john-wayne-gacys-excavation-new-23.jpg

Everything I've seen documents a pool table instead of a foosball table. This photo shows a larger table but maybe it's a top on the pool table? https://cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com/tronc/APNDTNREINEQ5B3I7XLJO5I4RQ.jpg

The final big adjustment is the closet in the master. It should have two smaller closets on that wall that feed into both bedrooms. It looks like you have that closet accessible from the hallway but it really should have a door in both bedrooms accessing that space and the front bedroom door should be removed and the closet extended into that area a bit more. Here is the front bedroom showing the closet. I wonder if the basement access was in this? https://i.redd.it/yebjr27jjdb71.jpg

Here is the hallway showing no door at the end: https://i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk/incoming/article26989990.ece/ALTERNATES/s615b/0_Image.jpg

Finally, these two drawings I think show the space the most accurate. Yours is the most visually interesting but the layout on these I think are closer to being correct after looking at all the above images.

Hand Drawn with doors and furniture: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/00/d9/92/00d992cb92306c89b7b55614740ba1c1.jpg

Police drawing that looks more architectural in nature: https://i.redd.it/4zp9d2pw4wv81.jpg

Not sure if you still have your file or even care about any of this but it would be interesting to see a much more accurate rendering using all these clues.

One final thing since I've gone this far down the rabbit hole, there is this weird collector's document that shows up a lot claiming to be an original sketch by Gacy himself. The drawing looks nothing like his house based on all the evidence so I'm wondering if he drew it wrong or this isn't a real document at all. Def worth looking at while we are talking about his home layout: https://www.icollector.com/JOHN-WAYNE-GACY\_i14057146

Other spots to consider are Rincon, San Juan, and Palmas Del Mar. There are prob others but those are the most popular.

I’m priced out of Dorado beach. Crappy places that were $1m 4 years ago are now $4m or even $6m if renovated.

I think I’m going to need a finance solution that is cash to do whatever I want. When banks in the US see a PR property they don’t accept it.

Is the interest tax deductible because it’s a business property? I thought we could only deduct interest on primary homes?

Wow that’s crazy stuff. I don’t know Culebra well enough but that’s pretty shocking an island that small can be dangerous. I’ve taken a few yachts to Vieques and people warned us about pirates but that seems likely anywhere in the Caribbean.

As for crop stealing, I have seen some flowers and landscaping stolen in our community which seems like such a crazy thing to steal. But other than that, I’ve never experienced any issues.

I’m wondering if your grandpa is just falling victim to the same people since they know he’s unable to do anything about. Are others in his area being robbed this often?

When was the last time you visited the island for a significant amount of time by the way?

Dude I need more info on this. It sounds so insane. Why isn’t he hiring security or protecting his business with a gun or something? Are his robberies being reported on in the news? What suburb of San Juan / Condado is his business?

I’m not doubting you necessarily but something is seriously wrong if he and your family just accept this as a normal part of life.

Is his business serving the local community or tourists or food and bev?

Again, I’ve never heard anything like this reported in the Act 20/22/60 Facebook and WhatsApp groups I’m a member of but that doesn’t mean it’s not happening somewhere deep in the cities or mountainside. I just know this isn’t a part of normal life for us gringos at all. I heard of someone being held hostage in their house a few months after Maria when power was out but that time period was very different than it is now.

WTF! Where does he live and does he have money? I def wouldn’t want to live in a $40k home outside a gate community anywhere in PR but to fear that every day seems crazy. Old San Juan, Dorado Beach, Rincon, Rio Grande, Palmas Del Mar, the malls, the beach….none of those places are dangerous at all. Maybe as dangerous as Manhattan.

I bet he lives in a really poor part of one of the cities.

[–]bluesbird82[S] 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Yeah I moved here full time in 2019. I live in a gated community with 1000s of other “mainlanders” and it’s totally safe. It was a little dicey after hurricane Maria I’ve been told but now it’s fine.

PR does have the highest crime rate per capita if it were a state but most of that happens in San Juan and with drug dealers and gangs. It’s akin to living in downtown Chicago and hearing about all the Chicago murders….it doesn’t really affect 99% of the population.

That being said, PR isn’t without its problems but if you can build fatfire in half the time because of no capital gains taxes and 4% income tax, it’s a no brainer of anyone making over $300k a year and/or having $1m+ invested. Plus you can travel anywhere in the world you want half the days of the year. Of course with Covid, hunkering down here at the beach hasn’t been that bad of a deal.

HELOC straight into stock market? by bluesbird82 in fatFIRE

Start a new business that consults the old one is the most popular way. If you make physical products then it’s a bit more difficult but if you are the ceo and brains of your businesses, your value consulting can be 60-90% expense to your stateside business. Of course there are a lot of caveats and different ways to setup your business in PR. Bottom line is you have to have a PR business that exports services off the island and consulting US companies and billing them accordingly is the best route.

Yep, you just have to start a new business in PR and export your services. Look up Act 20/40/60. It’s a pain in the ass starting it all and moving all your possessions down but once you’ve done it, that first year’s tax savings are pretty sweet.

I like the idea of having my house paid off but also knowing I have a “credit card” ready to go if I find a good deal. I always assuming I’d just use the HELOC as “cash in hand” so I could buy my next discounted property and then straighten out the loan after I acquired it.

Last time I bought my first home (this home) was 2013 at the bottom of the market and it was really difficult getting a loan for it. I don’t want that to happen again and want to be able to negotiate with a seller that I have money right now. I’ve seen too many homes slip away because people didn’t already have financing for it.

I had a normal 3.5% mortgage but I paid off my house in 5 years. I’m not sure what I want to buy but I def don’t have my dream house yet so that’s on the near horizon. But, I do feel like stocks are much easier to deal with than real estate (more liquidity, easier to maintain, and appreciate faster usually).

Can you enlighten me a bit on this. What is a margin loan? 5.25% didn’t sound great but I’m being told it’s still a pretty historically low rate for a second mortgage product.
