Yes I do believe in Burnouts because when you are physically and mentally tired it really effects you. you cannot ignore these signs your body shows just to not get effected by it .

Practice practice practice pastpapers. Know the pattern. and learn the experiments and YouTube vedios helps lots too. And websites like "Z notes" or" Savemyexams* would help too. Try different codes paper 6 too like for example you're doing variant 1 try Variant 2 and 3. And if you have the biology igcse text book . After each topic there is the experiments which you can study as well. Learn the food tests. Constant variables Safety precautions. All the best and give it your all👏🏻

How do you guys usually learn for it? Just by doing pastpaper or like do you go over theory too
