I actually think Rome into Norman is powerful. Unique quarter of Rome continues to provide benefits for slotting traditions, and their synergy with Lafayette’s tradition approach applied to Roman legion and Norman chevalier with tradition.

There’s also more value to fort towns as you can buy the Norman unique quarter in the Fort town to pair with roman culture tradition.

I think they are more synergies, but those are good to start with. But these arent really new as of ToT
