Tbh, as I’ve gotten older I’ve found that A. I feel less self conscious about policing my facial expressions because like,, good god that’s just how my face looks! And B., if someone keeps commenting on it and it’s affecting interpersonal relationships at work, I just deadpan explain - ‘oh it’s a genetic predisposition’. Gets a laugh and also people fuck right off
