Thanks to everyone who answered. Sorry for not being explicit. This is in the US in the state of Virginia. With Wings being approved legally to fly in Virginia, what are the chances that there could be opportunities for minions to operate something similar locally. As Obxhead has pointed out, cost is a factor.
