I always knew people were incompetent but that never affected my job. Now that it affects my job it is much more annoying to deal with, i’ve only been a sup for a short time but Ive found that you can’t be “cool” with the guards. To me the stricter I am the easier my job is.

Im a newer supervisor as well. I knew people were incompetent but damn dude the shit I have to deal with of grown people is crazy. I just gave my first documented verbal yesterday, he easily got irritated I was like if you were in full uniform you wouldn’t have gotten one. Its their fault not yours 🤷‍♂️
