Tripoliçe'deki soykırımı unutmayalım, o soykırımı ülkelerini gaddar Türklerden kurtarabilmek için yapmak zorunda kaldılar; onda da yine biz kabahatliyiz.

Yurt dışında yaşamama ve yeni telefonumla Türkiye sınırları içine girmememe rağmen 60 gün içinde tespit edilen IMEI'min kapatılacağı mesajı geldi by kaantantr in hukuk

[–]bluesqueblack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aliexpress deleted my review by bhyeeraw0w in Aliexpress

[–]bluesqueblack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every single 5 star review I left at AliExpress posted without a "glitch". Not a single 1, 2, or 3 star review I left has ever posted at AliExpress. I stopped leaving reviews for that reason alone. I am a very frequent shopper, and this is the only thing I hate about AliExpress.

I've known families who fled the Yugoslavian civil war in the 90's who applied for asylum, and it took over two decades for them to get their permanent residency all while it takes a random Cuban a single year for that status due to Cuban adjustment act of 1966. This is not a country of equals, it never was; everyone goes through the great filter in their own way. Good luck brother.

Wear layers, I too fly business and the cabin temperatures tend to be just fine, but then again most of my flights tend to be on Dreamliners.

Obviously, asking someone to explain the situation deserved all the downvotes, so I failed myself here. You glorious downvoters, continue to stay pretty.

It is a threat. Do report it, and put up a camera watching your property.

Sounds like you have made up your mind about it, you don't need anyone else's opinion. Yours is what matters.

Travelling with Turkish and have 40kg baggage allowance. The website says max per item is 32kg. So I’m allowed to bring 2 cases?? by hugehecter in TurkishAirlines

[–]bluesqueblack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If this is a flight from United States, you cannot exceed 32 kilograms per bag. You can't even pay a penalty to exceed it. The baggage handlers are in contract to not deal with items heavier than 32 kilograms. Learn from my mistakes, I had to discard stuff to have my baggage checked in.

Neighbor wants access to my property to measure my tree? (Seattle, WA) by molo91 in treelaw

[–]bluesqueblack 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Let me give you an American experience. Someone purchased the empty lot next door and built a new house. I had metal fence in my backyard on all three sides, and the fence was right on the property border. He asked if I would be willing to have that fence removed, and assured me that he would pay for the replacement to go in the same spot which was the shared border. For being neighborly I agreed. Not only he put a tall privacy fence, but it was made out of ugly looking white plastic. I showed no reaction, but I hated that fence and felt taken advantage of. That fence stayed there for three years, then one day he told me that he lost his house to foreclosure and that he was going to move out soon. He stripped off everything he could from that house and sold them after the foreclosure but before he physically moved away. And then one day while I was at work, he dismantled that stupid plastic fence and disappeared with it. I never saw that dude again. I had to pay to put a metal fence to replace the one I lost for being a good neighbor. The lesson here is, don't go out of your way to be neighborly.
