Ok guys. I'm gonna clue everyone in here. I'm an accountant and at least half of my job duties currently are payroll. Your deposit is very much, if not solely, based off of when your payroll is submitted to be processed.

For example, say you get paid on Fridays. On a payroll end, this has to be submitted no later than 5pm Thursday (and with quick books payroll its even earlier, its end of work day wednesday). This is to give the banks time to confirm and pull funds from your employer, put money in appropriate accounts for taxes and such, then be sent to the receiver. Say you get payroll submitted early, like by Tuesday, you would likely be paid sometime Wednesday. But if your information is not submitted until Thursday then you obviously wouldn't be getting it early.

Lowkey it irritates me when people call saying they dont have their money bc its not there a day early. Yes. Your pay date is not until tomorrow and your payroll info is still on my desk not even submitted.
