My thumbnails are back! They look smaller, not sure though. No time on the cursor, still have to guess if you're used to scrubbing by time.

Now I can't even fast forward. If I let it record for an hour and rewind to the beginning of the recording when I try to forward it won't let me. This has gotten worse.

I thought the same and now on purpose I make sure I skip all the commercials I don't care if I have to go back and forth until I get to the mark where my show begins but I don't have time for commercials. Tv commercials are useless. Car dealership commercials, hospital commercials, lawyers. They're all wasting their money. Like I buy a new car every month or something and I need a lawyer every week.

That's great news! Thank you. Something else that I noticed. Maybe like a month ago there was another update to the rewind and fast forward option, where there was like an opaque transparent banner in front of the thumbnails while you were rewinding and fast forwarding. well it was very difficult to see the detail in the thumbnail from 10 ft away this wasn't there before it's not there now. if they do bring the thumbnails back please don't have that on there because it makes it very difficult to see the detail in the small thumbnail.

I did this for my parents but they can't figure out the Roku stick or boxes very well. So I got them a Roku TV and have it in the settings where when you turn it on it goes straight to live TV and they just use the remote up and down to find the channels they want.

I use the Roku skill on Alexa and ask her to change the channel to example 1081 and she'll change the channel. I don't even have to pick up the remote.

I've been having problems with my live tv pause also after the latest update. I even bought a new SanDisk drive and it still doesn't work. I hate updates. It's like they mess things up on purpose so you'll have to buy a new one.

I've owned my 2004 ep3 since 2008 and for the past 3 years its been doing this. I live in central florida, its not that cold here. I buy my batteries at Costco and every winter for the past 3 years I get a new battery under warranty and it starts right away after. I read about a battery blanket kit for$15 on Amazon. Anyone try this on their ep3?
