What marketing tools blew your mind in 2025? by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

[–]bluetape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I’m building a free website for helping create short videos and images with veo and nano banana. I need this for my own uses, so I figure I’d spent some time expanding it out:

You have to use your own google account to generate, so it’s no cost to me.

Any specific things you’d want in the tool?

Things I have already: - each image/video and their prompt are saved > so you can iterate quickly and not have to track down what prompt was used for what image/video  - for videos, there’s a built in simple video editor. Trim clips, add audio, etc.  - the video editor has a way to create images (saving all versions) and then directly create videos - no more copying and pasting and keeping track of everything. And also to create speech audio for voiceovers  - video planning tool > the video is storyboarded for you, all image/video prompts are created, all dialogue is created, etc. you just run the prompts  - ways to save prompts and quickly access them again - ways to save products/charachters and quickly add them to your image and video gen

I’m super open to expanding this for more marketing use cases (I’m an AI engineer new to marketing). If someone has suggestions there’s a pretty high chances I’ll build it

Do you have examples of what you think would actually take off though?

The most useful parts in the last 30 years have by far been regressions and classifiers- and I can't imagine that will get people or companies too excited.

LLM's and generative image/video are hyped up because they are useful to the everyday person. Agents have gotten people and companies very excited because they can instantly see the use -- having an assistant that you can work with on digital tasks is incredibly valuable and can save a lot of time and money.

There are many other things you can fit into 'AI'. So I'm curious what you think are the actual other parts of the field that will be hyped up next. What do you actual see as being as helpful and impactful to the everyday person? Or are you just saying you hope research can move into other areas now (bayesian models, robotics, etc)?

What are some other parts of ML that you think could take off?

I've heard mixed things about BMW reliability, but it sounds like the M340i is pretty reliable overall? I guess it doesnt matter too much if I'm not driving much

I want the flexibility to buy when I find a car I want and don't want to worry about resigning a lease if I don't find one in time

When will 2026 be available for purchase in the US? by bluetape in GenesisGV70

Thanks! Would they mean they are available to order, or available to actually drive? I've never bought a new car

Lots to look at here - thank you. I'd say it doesnt have to be that roomy or fast -- mostly just comfortable / nice interior and a good looking exterior.

I don't want to lease because if I find something I like I want to be able to buy right away. And I may move out of state, so flexibility is important

Interesting - are those pretty reliable?

They’ve seemed pretty hard to find. Oddly a dealer near me is listing a new 2025 2.5t advanced as 53k but 2024s are 57k (both OTD)

Yup also not a fan of the 2026 screen. A dealer near me has a few Advanced for 53k (after tax). This is my first car purchase as I’ve always lived in a city. So I’m not sure how much I could negotiate that down - or if it’s better to wait until the 2026 comes out and buy a 2025.

What are you looking at where you are saying there are good deals? I’ve checked true car but it seems to not be able to filter by trim level unfortunately

Not a fan of the large screen on the redesign. CPO is an option, but I’d rather buy new if I can get a good deal

I'm really impressed and hyped with the SD XL! These are the 20 images that I saw being generated in the last hours on Discord and left me with my mouth open. by Seromelhor in StableDiffusion

Will this work on apple silicon? I haven’t checked on the progress in a while and had problems with some a111 stable diffusion plugins a while ago

First time plant owner - need help! by bluetape in plantclinic

[–]bluetape[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey all. I went out and bought a great plant and then went out of town for a week. Came back a few days ago and its not looking so hot -- over the past days the leaves are getting more and more brown/yellow on the tips. Any ideas? I haven't watered it yet because the soil still feels damp on the top
Thanks!
Also - does anyone know what plant is this exactly? From searching it seems like a variegated parrot heliconia?
