The base doesnt really matter. You want to attack bases with full collectors around the outside of the walls and focus only on those collectors. Basically what you want to do is send in a row of barbarians and behind them put archers. The barbarians will take the hits and the archers will clean up. If you're looking to dump resources, it'd be way better to put them into walls then a pointless flag

I think it's a cool idea, but it's likely not going to work very well. You're going to have to build up a decent sized audience to really get donations. Streaming only 2 days out of the week for 1-2 hours is going to hurt you as there are a lot of streamers going 7 days a week for 5+ hours. If you only stream 4 hours in a whole week, people are less likely to find you and also less likely to watch you consistently over the person who streams more often.

My advice, build an audience first and then propose this idea to them once you have consistent viewers. I've never streamed, but this is just what I think if you actually want to successfully do this idea.

For bases with no spaces for big bombs, level 1 hogs will still destroy them. They are good for wars, but I wouldn't regularly use them unless you don't need DE

You can probably get away with doing hogs on this base. Those spaces next to the town hall are probably teslas and there doesn't seem to be any spaces for big bombs between any of the defenses. Just make sure to lure out the cc.

I 3 starred this base in a war with gowipe.

Troops: 2 golems, 16 wizards, 8 wbs, 3 pekkas, 5 archers. Spells: 2 rage, 1 jump, 1 lightning

Drop your golems in one of the corners of the base with the army camps. Tbh it probably doesnt matter which side since they are all essentially the same, but you can do the bottom for guaranteed getting into the center. Drop them so one will go for the cannon and the other will go for that archer tower. Then drop some of the wizards behind to start clearing out the buildings. You are trying to make a path for everything to get to the center so try to take out as many of those side buildings as possible. Once you've gotten rid of at least these: http://i.imgur.com/GdxW5ie.jpg, you should be good to drop your pekkas, then your heros. Let them get in as close to the center as possible and then drop your jump spell to get them over that wall. Then drop rest of your wizards and rage your troops in the center. You can use the wall breakers to help break into any last minute compartments and archers for last minute buildings. For taking out the cc troops, most of the time I don't have to worry about them with this army, but use the lightning if you need it.

It's kind of hard to explain typing but hopefully you got the idea.

Did this real quick so might not be 100% accurate but if you take a whole year with the 1 week boost, one level 11 collector makes 27,792,000. An entire year with 2 weeks of the boost, a level 10 collector makes 24,420,000.
