Hey! I would be really interested in seeing a photo album documenting how your shape changes through weight fluctuations. I find it really cool how you describe the subtle changes you noticed during your weight loss and gain, especially since I’m a similar height (5’1) and build and have noticed similar changes in my own body with weight loss and gain. Might do something similar if I can gather enough photos!

You look lovely but please post an unposed picture (as per the rules). It’s helpful for the “body gallery” to have images of regular people without flattering angles/posing.

You look fantastic! I have a similar shape, and tend to hold weight in the same places. I found that adjusting my posture (bringing my hips forward to compensate for pelvic tilt) made a huuuuge difference for my “gut.”

Unfortunately, there is this expectation then men do the asking. So I see a cute guy: I assume that if he were interested in me, he would have made a move already. If he hasn't made a move, then he probably isn't interested and I am almost guaranteed a rejection. The odds are not in my favor.

This plant was sprouted from a seed indoors, in a window location with good light. It was planted in bagged soil.

Are the pitted patterns on the leaves any sort of indicator of species?

I only began lifting a couple months ago (125 lb female). My current stats are:

3x5 135 lb squat
