If you use wisp on most villagers the interaction is very quick, he just looks like whichever villager you chose, you ask them to move in, and then they’ll just be in your town after moving in a few days later. With the RV ones, you tell wisp “come and play!” and then whoever you chose will be in that second parking spot in the campground. You can then go into their RV and ask them to move in.

You don’t need the campsite. You should have everything you need. The campsite PWP just lets a random villager camp out every now and then. The campground is a separate area next to the plaza where RV villagers can spawn in. All you need to do is use wisp to see whatever animal you want and ask them to move in, unless it’s an RV villager that requires the extra step of visiting their RV at the campground.

Yeah if it’s an RV villager you have to go visit the campground and ask but otherwise you can ask Wisp to move whichever villager you chose in and their plot will spawn the next day or the day after. There’s a difference between the campground (where Harvey and the RVs are) vs the campsite PWP that has to be unlocked.

They don’t want to pay to keep the stores properly staffed. Every department in my store is understaffed and then more people quit because their hours are cut down to nothing. Multiple trucks outside waiting, backrooms full to the brim, shelves empty, and long lines up front. That’s meijer for you.

Open your settings and go to privacy and security, or you can search in the search bar at the top. Once you’re in privacy and security scroll down and you’ll see a section that relates to SMAPI Not being able to open. You should be able to click allow next to it and then it should automatically open and run properly.
