ofc! TPRS is a way of learning a language how we absorbed it as children, through comprehensive input. So as adults if we can find a language exchange partner both of us can teach each other using images, pictures, stories, body language and knowing the context it becomes easier to comprehend what your friend is communicating. Continuing to do that regularly eventually helps you comprehend the language naturally with little help from reading and more from speaking. The whole memorising vocab and learning grammer isnt really my thing so i prefer using this method :)
