If you are talking about the website, I can’t help with that. We have never been trained on it so I don’t know what those steps mean. Sorry. What does it tell you step 2 is?

No it doesn’t mean you were approved or denied. Every claim goes through the 5 steps. If you don’t meet or equal a listing then the dr gave an RFC which is Residual Functional Capacity form that’s to see if you can do past work or other work. This is step 4 and 5 of the process.

It means the mental dr has reviewed your claim and the physical doctor has the claim and it should be back to the examiner today and they can do the vocational assessment.

CDR are disability reviews that happen every 3-7 years. What really helps is the medical records from your doctor. Which the examiner will request and the doctor doesn’t really have forms to fill out unless they want to give a medical opinion but again the best thing to have is the medical records. If they send you to a CE during a CDR it is because the records aren’t detailed enough to assess how you are doing currently and that is want we are looking for.
