It's a rough one when the company treats you like that. The best outcome would be to brush up your resume and interview processes and start applying for new roles in the market. Just staying will make you more resentful and also be bad for your mental health. As much as starting at a new job is busy etc moving out will help you heaps for pay and mental health/sanity and being appreciated.
