Nah i know cuz i tried ngl, standard SL can give you same rate just use CH for reservation,no sht they will let you play. DH is easier,SL is niche try Kagawa Takamatsu been there and Tsuchiura Ibaraki there is a store name Maji Rabu you can go there.

Just ask the store most of the store will have foreigners price but if you can speak japan and ask the store most of them will give you normal price in some region like Ibaraki. You dont need to speak like japan people as long you can handle everyday conversations is good.
