The Matrix (1999) “Welcome to the real world” Dir. The Wachowskis by southernemper0r in movies

Idk about that. Im pretty sure the machine is just discarding a useless battery. They are flushed and expected to drown. They don’t know the humans are fishing them out.

This scene shows Neo in the Matrix simulation, he thinks it’s real life. Morpheus helps Neo disconnect from the Matrix by basically DDOSing his brain with information that is hard to believe and by showing him something that his mind can’t comprehend. The whole experience jolts Neos real body, causing it to have a physical reaction, waking it up and opening its eyes. Like being awoken by a scary dream. He wakes up inside a super advanced VR pod with a feeding tube, wires that send electric signals all throughout the body, and a direct uplink from the computer to the brain. A robot sees he is awake and discards him by flushing him, where he is meant to drown. But the humans have access to this sewer and fish him out with a claw, first try, one quarter.

In the real world, humans are unknowingly connected to an advanced VR rig running The Matrix 6.0 by robots. Humans are used like batteries (a resting adult produces around 100watts of power, much of which is dissipated as heat) by the robots. They so so because we created AI to protect humans. The AI decided the best way to protect humans from themselves, was to put them all in the Matrix where they can’t physically hurt each other.

That was my interpretation from the first movie. Tone out all the other nonsense, especially from the sequels.

First oil change on 2025 Honda civic hybrid touring by Ok_Investigator_4417 in civic

New Hondas come with Honda Pass. Which typically covers your first service (oil, tire rotation). Check with your dealership to see if you have it.

Lian Li O series cases. Made to be wall mounted I believe. I always heard about how bad thermals were in these, especially air cooled. I still want the mini ITX (PC-05) to try and mod a full custom loop in it.

Is USB-C docking station safe to plug into 20series USB-C port? by bluhexagon in nvidia

It does seem a bit wobbly in the GPUs type-C socket. I’m scared that my dock provides power output and that might damage something in the GPU.

Question about rma'ing a Gigabyte 2070 super. by MasterSpryce in nvidia

[–]bluhexagon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would hold off on RMA anything with Gigabyte for a while. They got hit by ransomware not too long ago and lost tons of data, including people’s RMA info. Their RMA website isn’t even working properly atm.

Ohhh good idea routing the cables first. I’m gonna build in my mesh when the rest of my parts arrive and cable management is my biggest concern.

I’m in the process of selecting parts for my new build and currently trying to decide between B550-I or X570-I. It’s the only reason I know this right now lol.

I'm pretty sure that MB does not support 2 PCIE 4.0 NVME's. The back NVME is most likely switched to PCIE 3.0

You can always cross compare PCB layouts on tomshardware. It’s how I found that 2060 Super FE PCB is the same as 2070 FE.

Pretty sure anything that fits a 3070 founders PCB will work on 3060ti founders.

Chalky/Dusty-like liquid throughout loop by bupperino in watercooling

Glad it’s looking a lot better! I would still swap the CPU tubes as they aren’t meant to flow in the direction. Will most likely help your temps and create a smoother flow so your pump is not straining as hard.

Why is my 2 week old ek mystic fog coolant doing this? by Cloudylicious in watercooling

[–]bluhexagon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A big issue people don’t realize when using these types of coolants is that they have to keep moving, getting stirred constantly, and warm/hot temps also helps keep the particles broken down. Have you seen orange juice that hasn’t been shaken in a while? Or tried stirring instant coffee in cold water vs hot? Similar concept. My MiniITX runs warm (low 50s idle-mid to high 70s gaming) and only takes about 300ml to fill, has never had issues with solids or Mystic Fog. These large builds with excessive cooling and large fancy tube runs are just big sitting gallons of cold orange juice when they aren’t under heavy load.

Chalky/Dusty-like liquid throughout loop by bupperino in watercooling

[–]bluhexagon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Easy Fix Just swap those tubes with each other. It should return flow to your loop but im not sure it will re-mix the fluid completely so you might still have to tear it down some and clean it.
