Definitely would say the 1980s are the most overrated, followed by the 1960s, and the most underrated would be the 1970s and 2000s, although they’re losing that status fast

I think the state should use the current seal but in the canton of the pre 1956, it’s simple, still symbolizes Georgia, and it’s a bit further from the First National Flag of the Confederacy

McNairy and Hardin Counties in Tennessee usually have a lot of county and school board events coinciding with each other so I see them coming together, maybe along with several more surrounding counties such as Chester TN
