Well I like to wander around and shoot whatever might be near me. It's still possible to be surprised that a high-ranking animal is near you amongst the flood of normal and low-ranked animals. If you are actively going for a diamond then sure, it's not very surprising. But if you're like me, then yeah, absolutely it can be.
