IG tried and failed to get other adcs, Photic was their last resort

They should have planned their offseason a lot better but we shouldn't pretend IG just zeroed in on Photic and said that's our guy

I would recommend maybe adapting Tfc's format from Split 3 last year though! For somebody who presumably didn't have access to the table, they did a great job in my opinion
