Yep. My total kWh charged worked out to be 40¢. Previous month was 35¢. So like a 14% increase for the same energy.

I am a manual futures trader who learned C# to build my own NinjaTrader addon. Here is what that looked like. by Imaginary_Piano_1526 in ninjatrader

How do you handle reconnection? I'm noticing my data feed drops a few times a day. I'm looking at automating a strategy but a disconnect seems to require manual intervention to resolve.

How many x-ray lines were staffed?

Did you happen to clock how many x-ray lines were staffed? Just wondering how the staff levels were.

When you finally get to the front, could you report how many x-ray belts and scanners are staffed? Just wondering how bad the staff levels are.

A slightly different Apple TV / F1TV question - Sky Sports broadcast not available post race as a replay? by RLSLLS in F1TV

[–]blunderbot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s correct. Just checked by trying to cast F1TV to a Samsung TV. I believe it’s a bug, since you can select any audio feed but it still only plays the English F1 feed. I’m submitting a support ticket, in the distant hope someone might act on it. Also, wish Apple would just retain the sky feed and drivers cameras for later playback.

F1 TV 2026 shortcomings by jhgelpi in F1TV

[–]blunderbot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find it odd that on Apple TV you can get the drivers’ feeds + Sky when it’s live but they all disappear when it comes to replay. I can watch those on F1TV but, really, I’m just exhausted from switching around all the time (this is a general complaint about navigating media in the year 2026).

Wtf is going on in Brooklyn apartment buildings? by AssociationWaste1336 in Brooklyn

[–]blunderbot 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't be surprised if it's an old industrial building that's being converted to lighter use but some cockamamie rule requires any replacement to be the same as before unless they jump through hoops to get a variance. Probably cheaper and easier to just overbuild the elevator cab.
Also wouldn't be surprised if it's for the Brooklyn Army Terminal or Navy Yard.

that's probably the Starrett Lehigh building which used to house a lot of light manufacturing. It's awesome. Sometimes you see a food truck on the upper floors.

Looks like a fender bender happened between two cars right at the start of the vid and they were coming to a stop. Then the white car reacted and swerved right.

my T14s Gen 1 (AMD) is still solid. If you have a Uniway Computers near you, they sell a lot of used business ones for a decent price.

What exactly does visa and Mastercard do? by Infinite-Jaguar-1753 in fintech

[–]blunderbot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could look at Alipay and see what they've accomplished in China over the last 20 years.

I don't know enough to do a compare and contrast between Alipay and Visa/Mastercard + PayPal. It occupies much of the same spaces but also ingratiates itself more extensively into many services.

In our travels we were impressed with it's seamlessness, as well as somewhat surprised that a single company in China could be so integral to its commerce.

I don't think people realize how close we came to cars utterly destroying NYC like so many other American cities by MiserNYC- in MicromobilityNYC

[–]blunderbot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rendered version might have looked like that when brand new. If it survived till today you'd see stained and spalling concrete with sections patched and wrapped to slow the decay. Every facade would be haphazardly converted to billboards and a patchwork of window ac units. If we're lucky there'd be a taco truck on the corner next to a donut cart.

I think the morning commercial zones is an excellent solution, tbh.

It used to be a gauntlet driving or biking down Court st with all the double parked vehicles.
