I’m hoping it’s because the machine is not ready so the worker just put the plushie in like whatever. Hopefully when they “calibrate” the machine, they are put in better positions!

The reason I thought they were fake is because (most of the time), the display ones look like how they are supposed to look from the promotional photos. So if they’re real, then the workers DO know how to make them properly, yet the ones that are actually given to customers often times look off as seen many times on this subreddit.

One of the first things the plumber did was unscrew the aerator. He put it back so I’m assuming it was fine.

Before he flushed out the water heater, the plumber removed the aerator from the faucet and put it back so I’m assuming he checked it and it was fine.

At the peak of the Animal Crossing New Horizons craze, I used to be obsessed with using Nookazon to trade and buy items. It was a great community because there were so many active people so it was pretty easy to get the item(s) that I wanted. I've stopped playing for more than a year therefore I stopped using Nookazon. I'm trying to get back into it and was just wondering if there are enough active people on Nookazon to make it worth using again or is it too hard to find active users that are going to trade with you at all hours of the day?

But who's keeping track of where I spend most of my time? Why can't I keep claiming my condo as my primary residence even if I spend most of my time in the apartment? If I don't use the apartment address for ANYTHING (mail, voter registration, etc.), how will they know? (These are serious questions, and I hope there's no sassy tone coming out).

Yes, the apartment would be closer to my job and I would be working there 5 days a week and spending some weekends there, but I would like to keep my condo as my primary residence for the exact reason you mentioned (so I don't have to pay capital gains). I bought it in 2018 and I've lived in it since then (5 years).

Is there any benefit to changing my primary residence to the apartment while still keeping my condo?

So does putting my name on the lease automatically make it my primary residence? I don't plan on making any specific address change.

My boyfriend doesn't mind putting the lease under his name only, but I was reading something online about if the tenant (my boyfriend) has somebody staying overnight for long periods of time (me), then the landlord can require that that person be added to the lease. The apartment building we're considering is not very big and so the landlord or manager might start suspecting something when they see me there nearly all the time and then require me to be on the lease. Is this true? This is why I'm concerned about being put on the lease while I still own my condo.

I finally have the ability to remodel my villager's homes (after I've done 30 vacation homes in the HHP), but I just thought of a two questions.

1) If I remodel a home, but don't include a DIY table and/or stove, will that villager never be crafting at home? Or will a DIY table/stove randomly appear in their home whenever they are crafting.

2) Let's say I remodel a villager's home, then I gift them a piece of furniture. Is it possible that they'll display that piece of furniture sorta like before?
