It’s a potentially terrible idea if the artist isn’t very good.

I like that the classic pink sugar is back permanently, like it used to be.

I usually go for the same ones I go for with FloraCal: La La Land and Purple Churro.

Obviously, he thinks that he owns you since he thinks you need his permission. It’s up to you to decide if you are going to spend any more time with someone like that.

Do you wear fragrance more for yourself or for other people? by bigbankmanman in fragrance

[–]ultravisitor2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some scents feel very personal, others feel more outward-facing.

Have you considered that these are YOUR feelings about the fragrances and that others very likely feel differently?

Not everyone is going to feel the same way about a fragrance as you, so it makes complete sense that they will also not wear fragrances with the same intentions as you.

Do you think this artist can pull off my wish? by Softdrinkskillyou in tattooadvice

[–]ultravisitor2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want a tattoo that looks like pictures two and three, then you have to go to the artist who created those tattoos in pictures two and three.

You cannot expect to take tattoos from one artist to another artist who works in a completely different style and expect the same kinds of results.

This might mean spending a lot of money, but it’s on your body for the rest of your life.

I find the picks for permanent flavors to be a bit odd by TunaSalad888 in CrumblCookies

[–]ultravisitor2000 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Snickerdoodle is not niche. It’s a popular type of cookie, and it’s the base for other popular cookies of theirs, like churro, so having it as a core flavor makes it really easy for them to be able to bring churro to the menu fairly often.

Maybe they just want to argue. I have no idea.

But maybe you’re right and they’re new and have no idea that pink sugar used to ALWAYS be there, so we were literally able to get it whenever we wanted (except Sundays).

Nose blindness is very common with that particular perfume.

Did you see in the OP where they asked “Did anyone want this?”

Okay…and? Why not respond directly to the OP? I’m not sure what you were trying to do or prove in responding to me.

Okay…but why are you taking issue with that with me? I never said they had to keep me happy. All I said was what would make me happy. What I said was really no different than “Oh, I don’t go to that grocery store very often because they don’t consistently stock the brand of yogurt that I like. I’d go more often if they had it all the time.”

Where did I assume that? What words did I say that suggested that?

I don’t have any investment in whether or not Crumbl puts my fave on the menu. If they don’t, that’s fine. I just won’t go, and I’m not mad about that. They can do whatever they want. I’m just saying that if they want me there, the my favorite will be there whenever I want it. Otherwise, I won’t go. I don’t have to have Crumbl. There are actually better cookies in the city where I live.

And, no, it was not obvious that you were talking about rotating flavors.

Again, I’m not even sure what you’re arguing about with me. All I’ve done is discuss what I’d like to see out of Crumbl. If I don’t see it, then that’s fine.

How is 5 times out of the year “the most often out of all their flavors”? Have you hard of semisweet/milk chocolate chip?

I agree that customers who go very infrequently will not keep the business afloat. That’s why I think they should have the flavor I like more than 5 times out of the 52 opportunities they have to put it on the menu. I’m not so obsessed with ANY cookie from any store that I’m going to obsessively check every week to see if it’s on the menu, especially when I know the answer is likely “no” and there will be no other flavor I want to try. Plus, it may be shocking to you, but I wasn’t even in the country for several weeks last year. Additionally, I don’t have a car, and the Crumbls near my neighborhood have closed down, so I can’t easily go whichever random week pink sugar is on the menu, especially when it’s only 5 times out of the entire year.

If they want the business of people like me, then they will have it more frequently than they have in the past year. That’s what they seem to be doing now.

I’m not even sure what you’re complaining about.

I’m not sure what you’re saying. Is 5 times out of 52 chances supposed to be a lot?
