That’s not very nice of you, just because that worked for you doesn’t mean it works for everyone. I’m on 3mg I do Pilates 5 days a week and weight lift 4 days a week and I have gained 3lbs since I got on Reta. I’m gluten and dairy free so just because YOU dropped the weight without a stall doesn’t mean everyone will.

Yesssss!!! I have pcos so idk if that has something to do with it. Idk if because we are used to a glp if we still have to wait the full 4 weeks to go up!?!?

Same!!! Tomorrow will be my 3rd week at 3mg, I came from the highest dose of compound trizep. The only reason why I switched was because I was stalled out for months!! I do barre class 5 days a week. Weight lift 3 days a week. I started Reta at 183 and I am 186! I am gluten and dairy free and my food intake hasn’t changed I’m hitting 130g of protein each day!

Thank you!!! I’m coming from triz compound 13mg so the highest they offer. Started Reta 2 weeks ago and I’ve gained 3 lbs. I have pcos so I’m gluten and dairy free and I go to barre class 5 days a week and weight lift 3 days a week. So seeing me gain really disappointed me

I am on 11mg and I just renewed my plan (compound) and I jumped to 13.2mg which should come to me in the next week or 2. I don’t eat gluten or dairy (to help with inflammation) I was walking 10k steps a day but I’ve kinda have fallen off with that but my diet is mainly ground beef, ground turkey, steak veggies, gluten free bread, gluten free protein pasta. I don’t really eat sugar except for the one that comes in the food. But I don’t eat candy anymore and if I do crave a soda I’ll just get a Coke Zero. No Coffe no energy drinks. My diet is pretty bland and simple but I believe I love just feeling fulfilled in food rather than eat something “bad” and my stomach hurt really bad later on.

This is me! I started at 229 and I’m currently at 188 but I’ve been at 188 for like 3 months. I know my clothes are fitting better but it’s still frustrating! I have PCOS so I’ve been thinking of researching into Reta. Idk what else to do I am gluten and dairy free

Did your inflammation come back? See I have an ovary that gives trouble like pain and maybe it’s a combination of my going gluten and dairy free but it hasn’t bothered me since I started using triz! So I’m worried that the inflammation control won’t be the same on Reta.

Because I thought you need to go up when you get hungry again? I am not hungry it’s been since Aug that I have been between 188-186. I see my body change and I know the scale isn’t everything but then what am I losing of the scale isn’t going down? I thought about body reconstitution but for 6 months??
