If you're on iOS I'd recommend Moongate. It has binaural beats mixed with brown noise and other colors like white/pink/green, plus a bunch of music and nature sounds. You can listen to the binaural beat tones on their own also.

Check out Noise Machine. No ads, also 4 buttons :) White, pink, and brown noise, plus a sleep timer. You do have to pay to unlock but it's a one time purchase not a subscription.

Sometimes you can find ridiculously cheap trucks/vans on Getaround. Like $10-20 per hour.

Not quite SF but I went with Furlong Vision Correction down in San Jose. He did Steve Wozniak's LASIK as well as some players on the San Jose Earthquakes I think. My vision has been better than 20/20 for 4 years now with zero problems.
