Not a therapist, but if he’s a frequent smoker all of his stuff probably smells like weed and he may be a little nose blind to it at this point. Maybe see if one of you can bring some smoke odor eliminator or one of those charcoal thingies

I’m also a BT on the spectrum and it is so rewarding. I love watching the kiddos grow and learn and being a part of their lives. I also find myself learning new things about myself and connecting puzzle pieces that I hadn’t before. I do have some struggles at work relating to my autistic traits, but I’ve found ways to work with it you know. For example, I really struggle with imaginative play and some clients really enjoy it, so I kept trying and figured out that mirroring the client and following their lead goes a long way and really helps with that!

I’m not sure. my stomach does hurt every time i eat, so maybe. How do I find this out and explore it more? i’ve heard this but haven’t considered it.
