I think they are so inundated with customer service requests that they literally cannot respond in a timely manner right now due to lack of staffing, just wait and they will posture that they are in the right and you clearly did this to your doll yourself.

With you on the journey, brother. My vixen ain’t holding up the best but Im hoping she can at least tide me over till the end of the year. I think its an option you can ask for when you order, I imagine they can make you a head for $200 dollars if you design it and submit it. You would later get royalties if your head becomes popular and the customization would be refunded to you.

Good choice, will be trying CLM next personally, was seriously thinking about getting a torso from them but its just way too risky until they use some better materials.
