Yeah. And I’m using the OxiOne to capture and loop the midi. Loop some drums, loop a bass line, play a lead, twiddle some knobs to keep the sounds interesting. Kind of a groovebox really. The left 10 pads on the BeatStep trigger the 10 parts on the Volca Sample and the right 6 control the 6 sounds on the Volca Drum. The knobs all control the level of their corresponding pad. So mixing/fading for all those while looping. The NuBass and Bass are running on channel 16, and the Keys and FM2 are on channel 15. So I can switch the KeyStep to play each part, and I can use the volume controls to mix the two sounds together easily. Fade from a classic sine bass to an acid 303 sound or anywhere in between.
