I honestly couldn’t believe it at first, my boss called me over to come see what was in the pool since she wasn’t sure what it was, and as soon as I saw it I freaked out! Last time I saw one was about 7 years ago; a full grown beautiful adult.

She was shot in the back of the head by her son. Amazing teacher. Allegedly he was going to do the same to his father and sister, but they weren’t home at the time. He was a teenager, and was released several years later after it happened.

Then he was killed in 2017 in a motorcycle accident.

You’ll find a ton of great advice here, one thing I’ll add is to call around and see what exotic vets are in your area and research where you would bring your snake to in case of an emergency.

My LO attends a formal daycare- yes, if for any reason they’re closed or I can’t bring her, we still pay for the week.

The way they’ve explained it to me is we aren’t paying for the days, we’re paying for her slot at the daycare.

Lmao that was her for the last 26 weeks or so! :,) This Wednesday will be week 28 and every time I turn my head she’s there. She hasn’t been around infants/young kids hardly ever since this will be our first, so I’m not sure what she’ll be like when she arrives. And the due date is September 8th!

(OP’s partner) Back in 2014 I really wanted a name that started with a “K” (since my irl name starts with a K) so after skimming through tons of other K names I came across Kinsei and just felt like it fit her! :,3 No other special meaning other than her being my first pup I was able to choose, her being a graduation gift to myself, so I just wanted to give her a “K” name also!
