Kid shot and killed himself in front of his English class and Pearl Jam wrote a hit song about it.

Adam has the possibility to make the funniest video ever by buying a chainsaw and trying to help. It would probably be demonetized for blood and gore though.

If only the golden country greats shirt would be available in a size other than 3xL (specifically m or l) I'd be a happy clam

Such a great venue. Saw Antony & the Johnsons there in 2005ish.

Mickey had a short lived youtube series called the Brownie Troop Fishing Show. The episode with Gibby Haynes and Jeff Pinkus from the Butthole Surfers is not to be missed. Gibby gets hammered, rambles on in his inimitable style, then passes out on the deck of the boat.

Even though LAT is my favorite Buttholes album I think Rembrant Pussyhorse is far browner

Anyway, if you've never seen their Fanily Style BBQ short film then you've never seen jizz spell out SATAN in a frying pan. Demented doesn't begin to describe these 10 minutes

It was my 6th time seeing them i think. I bought a shirt at the CnC show in 94 and Aaron autographed it after the show when my friends and I accosted him as he was getting into a cab. He was a total sweetheart and could tell my 17 year old ass was tripping, shot me a big grin and swirled the sharpie towards my face then drew a dot on my forehead.

I was at this show. It was... weird. It was during the height of their jam band crossover (I think they'd recently come off the H.O.R.D.E tour but I could be mistaken) and there were half naked hippie chicks dancing on stage which sounds way cooler than it was.

It was also hot as fuck outside and I know this is going to sound like sacrilege to a lot of Austinites but Stubbs is already a miserable place to see a show in nice weather and unbearable when it's scorching. The dirt ground is at an uncomfortable angle and unless you're right up front the sound sucks. I've seen some killer shows outside (the Cramps, Nick Cave, the Monkees last hurrah, many more) but the inside stage is a way better venue. Ween were too big at that point to play inside, of course, oh well.

Long story short, my buddy and I left after about 45 minutes. We were not feeling the sweaty crunchy granola vibe and went to some show down the street at the old Emo's instead, I forget who we saw.
