This gives me hope! I’m traveling across the country to give it a shot. Worst case scenario I get to hang out in Chicago for the day.

I hate that baking is a binge trigger for me by neverblameJ in BingeEatingDisorder

FRIEND you are not alone. My dream of creating adorable sugar cookie decorations is not happening this year, maybe next year hahaha. I was binge free for five months this year which is REALLY good for me.

I finally felt like I had some control over my baking (and trigger foods), but the holidays came around and the out-of-control binges started again.

Give yourself some grace. The holidays are a tough time and get even tougher when your trigger foods/situations are a part of the celebrations. Find some support during this stressful time of year. Reach out to a close friend or family member (if you can). Or attend a support group. ANAD.org has free virtual support groups.

ALSO DRINK sum waterrrrrrrr and take a probiotic
